A certified master plumber, Bob has seen it all in his twenty-eight years of industry experience. He is an ASSE certified Backflow Instructor and Proctor, Green Plumber's Training Instructor, Medical Gas Installer and Brazer, and a certified UA Foreman and Job Steward. Bob is active in the GA State Inspectors Association and PHCC, and is a member of ASSE, ASPE, ICC, and IAPMO.
Our newest addition to Sharktech Academy, Melissa is our Southwest Regional Trainer. Equipped with six years of service in the Army National Guard, including one tour overseas, she continues to serve today. Melissa’s mechanical background in several engineering disciplines has aided her immensely for a fluid transition to the plumbing industry.
Doug, a SharkTech and Training Coordinator for SharkTech Canada, has more than twenty years of sales, marketing and training knowledge in the industry. His core market experience includes working with Wholesale, Retail and Hardware channels.
Rafael brings 12 years of experience in the plumbing wholesale industry catering to the licensed contractor market. His industry experience has given him exposure to a vast knowledge of plumbing materials used in residential and commercial applications. Rafael is a native Spanish speaker and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and a master’s degree in business administration.

Patrick, a Georgia Master Plumber, comes armed with twenty years of experience. He's logged years in the field-from new construction to tenant build-out work, with all the cold, wet, heat, and dust that a plumber endures. Patrick holds a renewed certification as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester and is active with the Plumbing & Mechanical Association in Georgia.
Joe brings a robust background to the team. A Nevada Journeyman Plumber and Medical Gas Certified professional, Joe has experience in commercial and industrial plumbing projects, residential plumbing service and repair, and commercial sales for a big box DIY leader. Joe holds degrees in Industrial Engineering Technology and Computer Science Technology.
